"They came out for an estimate to reroute heating and cold air vents in a
wall between my dining room and kitchen that I wanted to knock down. 
After an hour of measuring, they concluded that nothing could be done. 
They were very punctual, professional, and pleasant to work with,
however the next HVAC company found a solution within minutes of looking
at the situation at hand.  I gave them an OVERALL "B" because they were not
able to find a solution to our situation.

"Jonathan did me real solids today. Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. The last plumber didn't eve care to share this, or even do it. I will not go ANY OTHER PLACE than Service Professor for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. PERIOD. No one else compares!"
