"Installers arrived on time, introduced themselves and started work. First measured all windows to make sure that they had the correct windows to match my house. they then took out the old windows an installed the new windows. They continued to work throughout the day taking out a window and replacing the new window. then cleaned up all the old stuff and took it away. they did a good job and explained what they were doing as they did it. The two guys completed the job in day."

He gave me all the choices I had for the windows and did not pressure or "sell" me on anything that I did not need for want. The work was top notch. He made sure that everything was perfect before he left and even let me know that if there was a problem please give him a call and he would come back and make adjustments. The windows are beautiful.
