"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. "They designed and built our new bathroom. They removed our old tub and installed a beautiful shower surround, which has ceramic tiles and two accent strips of blue glass tiles all around. It includes white pull-down seat and large shower head with an additional hand-held shower head. It's beautiful. The workers were hard-working friendly, efficient and were finished on time."
