When we started to point out these issues, they seem very concerned. The crew came back out and power washed the front of my house. The foam did not come off. They used our water for their power washer, left it running which created an ice dam in our back yard. On several occasions, we have tried to get some form of compensation for the basement and they are always looking into it; We are satisfied with the insulation, but everything was such a mess it was not worth it. I would look at other companies."
