Foam insulation is still being picked up in my front mulch. Tarps were supposed to be laid and were not put down. My basement was another problem, it is finished with the Dow Corning type system, again, tarps were not used. There is foam insulation in three different areas that do not come off the cloth walls. When we started to point out these issues, they seem very concerned. The crew came back out and power washed the front of my house. The foam did not come off. They used our water for their power washer, left it running which created an ice dam in our back yard. On several occasions, we have tried to get some form of compensation for the basement and they are always looking into it; We are satisfied with the insulation, but everything was such a mess it was not worth it. I would look at other companies."

"The work they did was fine, but the marketing department needs to chill out. I tried multiple times to unsubscribe from their emails and phone calls, but they just kept coming. I finally had to block them. I ordered gutters without any filter because the only option they offer is the comically huge gutter helmet. I later installed leaf filters myself."
