Best computer repair technicians near Hersey, MI

"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"My computer wasn't working right and I was going to buy a new one and I had Amor IT Solutions remove all of my pictures and put them on a flash drive and clean up my old computer so all of my information was removed from it. They were very fast and I highly recommend them."

"They fixed my work computer so fast I thought nothing was wrong , they got to the point so fast it was kinda amazing definitely hiring them again"

"Great! Professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for any computer repairs. Very pleased with services provided. Excellent customer service."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Chip was punctual and pleasant. It took him less then 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong with the unit. It had a hidden fan that was inundated with tons of cat hair and other stuff. Since it was on the bottom of the case and hidden from view by other parts, we did not even check that location on our own.Once it was cleaned out by Chip it worked wonderfully. 14 hours after he left the unit was still on working beautifully. In the weeks since his visit, the desktop has no further issues. He did charge us his transportation/visit charge, but did not charge us anything additional fees. If we have further computer issues, I would not hesitate to contact Chip and have him come back to have him assist us."

"Demanded money before scheduling repair person. I had been scammed by another computer company in the past; I paid but no one showed up. It did work out ok with My Computer Works BIG PLUS: Service man's car was i n shop; he walked 0.9 mile from bus stop to my house lugging heavy back pack of equipment!"

"It was very simple getting on-line and letting them do the work remotely.  I just followed instructions and all went well to get control of my computer after a huge attack!!  Everything updated, free virus/spyware protection and up and running perfectly!!"
