We had to gut it down to the studs, kept the exterior siding, but everything else had to be replaced, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, plus walls, floors, ceilings, bathroom and kitchen. The works. I was even sent an email to schedule a ?revision if needed,? which makes it feel like I am being blamed for not accepting a design we have never discussed in detail. My time is as valuable as theirs, and the lack of clear communication and follow?through has been extremely disappointing.? I understand that things happen in life, but I also know they have a phone, and a simple call, text, or email would prevent me from wasting my time waiting on them. I have already paid, and it appears I will not receive the final product until after Christmas and New Year?s. I am disappointed.? "

"Some of the work I needed done was painting of 3 exterior entry doors, but the weather wasn't feasible 2 do in November. Those would need 2 be done next year in warmer weather. He did get the 12' of trim that needed 2 be replaced completed. The door he made out plywood 2 block off the upstairs from the main floor works. The plywood was warped. I didn't ask 4 anything fancy and that is what I got. The hinges and door closure are fine and work properly. James did some work on 1 of my 2 dogs kennel. He reinforced 2 sides of kennel with extra bracing 2 ensure the dog can't get out. James did a great job on this! James was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable on the work that was done. I would use his handyman skills again. I've attached pictures of the door and the kennel work. Thank u."
