The Junkluggers of A2 & NoviJosh and Lorin called me 30 minutes before to tell me they were on their way they showed up on time. They were courteous and professional. The mattress was extremely heavy and awkward but they did it with no problem and no complaining. There were a couple of things that I ask them to do because they said they had a little extra time so because I just had a hip replacement I had to have some stuff moved around after the mattress was moved out. Extremely nice gentleman they put their foot he's on to come in the house and they had a great attitude. They deserve a big shout-out for their attention to detail and customer service.- Mickie M.

Motor city junk solutionsBefore Mike and Brian came, you would of thought a horarder lived here. In 5 hours my house is empty and a 30 yard dumpster is FULL to the brim. These 2 guys took a bite, chewed it up and spit it out like it was a walk in the park for em. Highly Motivated Individuals and basically in my view, pulled a freaking miralce in 5 hours getting this place totally cleaned out of the junk. If you don't hire these guys when in need of these kinds of services, your absolutely out of yer mind and will certainly in comparison to anyone else get ripped bad! So Definitely call these guys. I had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.
