"Contractor was so helpful with service the very next day. He thoroughly explained about radon, testing and mitigation. Most efficient contractor I have ever worked with in my 80 yrs. Followed up with us re warranty info. Highly recommend this contractor"

"Mike did a great job and did it for a great price. I was a little disappointed at the mess left behind that I had to clean up. That said, I would recommend Mike to anyone needing a radon mitigation system."

"Darrul did an amazing job with the home inspection. I arrived at the house 5 minutes early and he was already there waiting for me. The house is roughly 1300 sq feet and Darrul was there for a little over 3 hours. The report was sent to me an hour after the inspection was completed. The report was available in pdf format with linkable sections. At the end of the report was a summary with everything that Darrul found to be a concern or possible issue. It contained explanations of what is required to be inspected by the home inspector and what not is required to be inspected by the home inspector. It contained plenty of pictures and explanations of possible concerns or things that will need to be repaired or replaced. Darrul also did a great job of explaining different things in the house and answered any questions regarding improvement/renovation ideas. Based off of my experience I will recommend him to any friends and family."

"SWAT did a great job installing the radon mitigation system in my house. They were very responsive, coming out quickly to provide a quote and offered a discount if the neighbors in the connecting townhouse would sign on as well. Installation was quick and the system was installed with no problem whatsoever. The radon levels in my house dropped from a reading of 12 to “undetectable” in just a couple of weeks."

"Mark was on time, courteous, thorough, and prompt at providing the finished report the SAME day. I learned a lot from hiring these pro's."

"Excellent. The inspector was very thorough, and identified numerous concerns that we hadn't noticed ourselves. Thank you!"

"Mike and his daughter performed the inspections. He was responsive to my questions and doubts and was able to set up the appointment for the next day. I would have expected that the smoke detectors along with the doorbell to be tested - I didn't think of this until after the inspection. I did ask him to check some of the lights (porch, closet) that maybe would have been missed. Price was higher than most but he was able to accommodate my timing."
