Saved me thousands buy letting me do some of the leg work and he offered it without me asking. Then once submitted the city came back with things I never even heard of and I called Joe. He called the city planing dept and they discussed it over. I few more details and it went right on thru for approval. I'm very happy with the results of JSN Design and Joe himself!
