I recently hired Dustin for a project based on his initial professionalism and communication skills. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. What was meant to be a two-week project stretched into a month with minimal updates. Communication, which started strong, became infrequent and short. The lack of information and unexplained delays significantly impacted our project timeline. Despite attempts to be patient, the delay became unsustainable. This experience highlighted the crucial role of consistent communication in professional relationships. Ultimately, I had to terminate the contract. While disappointing, this situation reinforced the importance of maintaining open lines of communication in business. I hope this review encourages both service providers and clients to prioritize clear, timely communication throughout their projects.

"In response to the above comment, Lifetime Design Company is a small business with the primary goal of creating quality drawing sets for our clientele that are not only permit-able but also thorough, value-engineered and conscience of traditional building methods and specific construction methods/details the clients request. We do our best during proposal conception, to provide a fair cost of service and a realistic schedule based on the information deemed by our clientele at proposal writing. Alterations in design, construction methods, structural members and/or additional requests may add to the required time to provide a quality drawing set, at which time we do our best to express any additional time required. Although Lifetime Design Company, did not set forth the above project's construction schedule, adequate time set forth by the owner within the pre-construction phase is critical to any construction project's cost, schedule and quality. Lifetime Design Company will reflect on this feedback to continually motivate for any improvements that may seem fit."

My Husband and I , had Dustin design our dream home that we were getting ready to build. Dustin was professional, very knowledgeable, and very easy to talk too. He made the drafting part a very easy and fun experience!! We would recommend him to any of our friends and family!!! We are excited to start our journey on our cabin with Dustin!!!!
