"I recently hired Floor Coverings International to install carpeting and laminate flooring in my living room, stairs and hallway. From the first phone call to the final inspection, the experience was positive -- which is not always the case with contractors. Since I wasn't certain what I wanted, owner Ken Kish and his associate, Bella Harper, guided me through the selection process, offered suggestions and ultimately provided several choices for my consideration. On installation day, Ken and installer Marco arrived on time, moved all the furniture and got to work installing my new floor. Marco stayed the entire day until the job was completed. When the job was finished, all debris was cleaned up and furniture restored to its original position, Marco even re-connected all of the cables on my television set. A few days later, Ken, joined by his wife, Amy, visited my home for a post-project follow up to ensure I was satisfied with the work.
