"Fred is very professional, polite, honest, and a person of his word. Gave us a great quote, and stuck to it to the penny! Was actually 15 minutes early when he came to remove our 22 year old furnace and some of the ductwork and install a new 96% energy efficient gas furnace, and a humidifier. He told us the job would take 4-5 hours to complete, and it took him 5 hours, but that included cleaning up too. Left his work area clean, and even took the old furnace and duct work with him. Did a fantastic job, and we love our new Goodman furnace. We had gotten 4 quotes from different Heating & Cooling companies, and he was the most reasonable by far. My husband and I both liked Fred after meeting him and talking to him for a while, and knew he would be our choice to put in our new furnace.
