"Jonathan did me real solids today. Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. The last plumber didn't eve care to share this, or even do it. I will not go ANY OTHER PLACE than Service Professor for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. PERIOD. No one else compares!"

"The guys that came out to install my egress window were well trained and skilled. They got the job done in less than a day and cleaned up after themselves. The window passed township inspection and it appears as though it will handle water drainage appropriately. "We had intermittent drain issues with our kitchen drain for years. I was able to clear it with a snake that attaches to a drill....until I couldn't. Mr. Downs to the rescue! He was prompt polite and got all the grease and gunk out of that drain and line. The people that built the house must have poured a lot of grease down the drain. A few years have gone by and it's still working great. Then an unnamed member of the family flushed something down the toilet. I gave Mr. Downs a call and he walked me through some basics and with his advice I was able to get it out myself. I tried to send him $20 via VenMo as a thank you for helping me over the phone since it didn't require a service call but he wouldn't accept it. He is a solid guy. (I'm still going to find a way to at least get him lunch haha). I would gladly recommend this business for anyone fighting with clogged drains and other plumbing issues."
