"Had a couple windows installed on Tues. June 20th. The screen on one was ripped, the installer said they would put a order in right away and have it out this week. There was no signoff's on work. Some of the caulk jobs around the windows are a little sub-par for my liking. Not the best quality work. Called the office for clarification on when my screen would be here this week. They had no knowledge of it, and it had to be ordered. Now it'll be July 8th before they can get out here. Had used their competitor (Hansons) for my last house. The comparison between the two is much different. Will probably go back to Hansons for the rest of the house here."

"I booked Jezak through Angi for assembly of two bedside units. Before the appointment, I had sent him the product link and we agreed on a price. He arrived on time, looked at the items and the instructions, then said he didn?t have the necessary tools (a flathead screwdriver, #2 Phillips head screwdriver, and hammer). I told him I had the tools available, but he still left, saying he would return later with his own. After several hours, I reached out to check in ? he said he would be here in about an hour. I called again later, and he told me he would be here in 15?20 minutes. Then, after around 15 minutes, he said he had a flat tire and would call me the next day to schedule a new time. After that, he stopped responding completely. I even had to postpone my appointments that day because he said he would be coming back later, which caused additional inconvenience. I understand that he might have felt the job wasn?t worth the agreed rate, but this in unprofessional."

I texted Mike a few months later & requested a quote. Mike came over & took a look at the work that I wanted to have him to give me a quote/estimate on. He walked into my house & walked past 2 big boxes that were sitting in my front hallway. I told him that there were 2 vanities inside. He told me that they specialized in bathroom & kitchen remodeling. He also told me that I should go on their website & see the various projects that they have worked on. A few days later, Mike emailed a quote to me for the amount he would charge for each repair or installation. I replied, That is "Very" reasonable!
