Mr Ellis worked with us to refine our design goals and was quick to see both flaws and potential in our plan. He was not deterred by obstacles but did his research to discover the best way around a problem not previously encountered. We made a “team” and that was awesome. EllisBuilders also did a good bit of repair work on the exterior of the house and minor problem solving and repairs on the interior. The only hiccup was with the finishing work (drill holes left uncovered, debris left around job site, door wasn't properly aligned so the lock didn't work). When I communicated this to them, they were very responsive and the Owner came out the next day to make it right

Michigan's Best Deck Builder's was amazing. Corey the salesman was so easy to work with and very patient while we were trying to decide exactly what we wanted. Once the construction started we were VERY happy with Matt and his crew. They were always pleasant, very courteous and the quality of the work of his crew was phenomenal and they bent over backwards to make sure we were happy as construction progressed. Also, Aaron, the owner, was hands on. We were able to contact him directly if we had any questions and he was always professional and helpful. We were happy with all aspects of the work. Price was reasonable compared to other estimates. Once demolition of old deck began they worked diligently and consistently other than a few delays awaiting delivery of materials. Project took about 8 weeks total. Warren and his crew were professional, well-organized, and equipped with quality tools and supplies. They showed attention to detail and were responsive to our wishes. Warren presented us with options and pros/cons for different situations, and we are very happy with the results. With space heaters we have been able to use the sunroom consistently even with temperatures in the 20's

From the moment we placed our first inquiry call to this, the final inspection day, every interaction has met or exceeded our expectations. This is the third time we have added an extra room to our homes; the other two were done by other companies. Temo has far exceeded the competition in quality and professionalism. Our sales representative Ryan and designer Race took the time to explain the product and choices in careful detail, answering our questions and offering suggestions to assure we would have the room designed the way we wanted it. Jeff Anderman, Temo’s construction manager offered his experience and insights as we discussed what changes to our previously existing exterior should be done to best accommodate the new addition. Our 12x22 room was erected from mid-December to early March, and we insisted that work only be done when the weather permitted. Our carpenters Bill, Tony and Brian built our room as if it were being built onto their own home. Every aspect of our room attests to their attention to detail. Any materials found to be less than perfect were replaced before being used on our room. When the wind blew open the access doors in the foundation, Tony responded the next day with a modification that works. The electricians Denny. "We received an estimate from Rick Hall today to have a new roof put on our house. He honestly didn't seem like he wanted to be here or wanted the job. He measured only from the ground and only in front of the house. He never bothered to go to the back of the house until I told him he needed to because of the deck! He claimed we had roughly 37 squares on our roof. I know for a fact that it is actually only right around 26 squares. The quote he gave me was for $13,700. That was actually more than even Hanson's had quoted.

<br /> Rick knew that we were looking to have a complete tear off and new roof installed. He did tell me 37 squares now in his responce he states that his "visual" inspection indicated 34.5 squares. In reality "considering pitch and valley's" and accounting for scrap ther is only 26 squares. I have personally measured it by hand as well have had several other estimates that indicated either 26 or 27 squares.
