Fantastic job building our garage. Also, had a front and back porch with a patio built. Mr. Alvarez and his crew were awesome. Very pleasant, honest, and professional. Will definitely hire again for other projects. Received compliments from the neighbors.

Gerardo and his crew did an amazing job building our sunroom addition and new roof. Throughout the entire experience he was honest, professional, and dependable. Gerardo and his team did a great job building my 2 car detached garage. Even with some minor hassles with the local building department, they did quality work in a short amount of time. Gerardo is friendly, easy to work with, and very responsive to texts and calls.

Mr. Alvarez, his brother and their staff are awesome! They built a detached 2 car garage in my backyard. I am very pleased and it is beautiful. My neighbors have been calling me thanking me for helping their property value go up. They also want to consider this company next year for exterior project work next year. Mr. Geraldo is very kind and HONEST. I've worked with a few contractors over the years and most I will not use or recommend. We had a monetary clerical error. He caught it and advised. I was blown away by his honesty when he brought it to my attention. Who does that these days?? I can't thank him enough for that. He said "I treat my customers with respect". He said it, he meant it and he show's it. It is so rare to find an honest and skilled person that knows what they are doing and affordable. They also cleaned-up behind themselves. I so appreciate that! I don't know if any of the crew smokes or not. I didn't find any cigarette butts in my yard and property. I was very happy about that. It shows that they care about your yard just as if it was their yard. Next Spring I will reach out to him to do some more work. Roof, drive-way and front porch. I hired Geraldo?s company Alvarez Concepts to build me a garage in July of 2020. 10 weeks later I have the prettiest garage on the block. I would highly recommend Alvarez Concepts and will be hiring for future projects.

Hired Alvarez Concepts, LLC to help us remodel our living and dining room area by creating a more open area. They also helped create a way where we are able to have an actually hood range when we thought it couldn't be possible. Great communication, great quality, worth the time and money! They made it possible for us to have our dream living and kitchen area!
