"Michael Brooks and his associate came on time for a schedule basement inspection. They were very thorough and explained their findings and advice. They also explained financing options. We decided on the AquaStop Basement Triple Sump Pump fitted to the existing drain tile. With a deposit on the day of inspection, we were also able to finance the remainder of the cost, which helps us get through tax time. On the day of the install, Jacob called as promised to advise us of their estimated arrival time. The crew, Jacob, Dustin, Cesar, and Jaden, were efficient and responsive to questions. They explained all they had done and how each control worked. And best of all, they left the basement super clean after the work was done. Well done, guys, and well done FSM. Thanks for the peace of mind."

"Premier plumbing did exceptional service! Installed a drinking fountain in my finished basement and it looks like it should have been there all along! "Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"After the water removal guys finished in came the project lead - Dave.? The office team re-worked projects and got us in early due to the continued leaking.? Added a temp cistern/and blast tube to outside in a matter of hours.? Returned on the planned date and finished the new drain system in 2.5 days.? Also installed the new, monster of dryness dehumidifier. Recommended the contractor to cut out water damaged drywall and repaint. Excellent work and cistern is running all the time as the water table defrosts.? A mess gone well Tom"

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
