We take pains to keep your grounds clean and damage free. The only way you can tell we were on your property is your new roof and a yard sign.
"I had written a not so great review for Victor's Home Solutions after receiving no response from writing them an email and calling back in 2023 when the roof was done. The review got a response where direct contact did not. They agreed to pay me for my time (as long as I removed the review) after I collected more than 50 roofing nails from around my property and in my gutters, and also sharp metal flashing in the yard. They also destroyed most of the gutter guards that according to the contract, were supposed to be taken off and saved. Most were ruined after being ripped off, not unscrewed. I found them in the dumpster. I contacted them a month ago as my basement has flooded a few times, most recently with the rain in March. The shingles come over the gutters 3 inches in most spots. The person came out and said they were only over an inch. I have the pics to show that they are over 3 inches. That overhang is causing most of the water to go right over the gutters.
