In spite of my forgetting our qppointment rirst made, Kevin returned a couple of weeks later and impressed me by the care he took to check out our system, which had seemed to be taking too long to cool our house. Unfortunatel, he discovered that the compressor was not even working, and we would need either a new compressor or a completely new system. We chose the latter, and they have promised to be back here tomorrow to install a new Ingersoll=Rand replacement for our 31 yeqr-old Lenox system at a pioce I saw as quite resonable compared to the cost of just replacing the old compressor. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
