"Two repairmen came to do this work. One was very polite. The other didn't say much of anything. I was originally quoted $350 for the work above. There were no special issues with any of the installations. The light in the main hallway was NOT installed because the fixture turned out to be too big for the area. One of the gentleman that came to do the work checked the GCFI and said it was fine (but no advice on why every time I plug in my carpet shampooer, it triggers and shuts off). The final price was $550 for everything which did NOT include one of the items I was quoted for. Clean up was next to non existent and I have two dogs, one which eats everything she finds and this was a dangerous this for my dogs and I consider it lazy."

They were a half hour late from the planned start time, but Kane communicated to me that morning the delayed start time. We had two ceiling fans and two wall sconces, with switches, installed. They worked diligently and carefully, and everything looked great and worked perfectly when they were done. They cleaned up almost everything afterward, but left a lot of dust and some trash behind. "Matt does outstanding work. I could not be more pleased. I had a complicated installation of a new track lighting system that was confusing, and was delivered with with incomplete instructions. He figured everything out and solved assorted glitches and complications. His work is careful and accurate and meticulous. He also repaired our basement ceiling tile, which was a ‘70s mess. Old fashioned tile had fallen, broken, or worked loose in several spots. I was able to find matching replacements and he quickly made it all look like new. He spent a solid 8 hours straight working on these two projects . I especially appreciated this because he had to come from plus-30 miles away, and I had thought it would take much longer., at least 2 days. Everything is perfect. I would trust him completely with any repair, and I hope to call on him in the future. I will have some projects lined up for warmer weather. He offers far more than a handyman service. I am so glad Angie’s list put me in touch with him. I posted an earlier review after he took care of several, quick small repairs, but these were two big ones and very different. in scope"
