We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "We had a very disappointing experience with Randazzo Heating & Cooling. A technician came out and claimed a part in our AC unit was broken, quoting us over $700 for the replacement. After the part was installed, the AC still didn’t work. He then said the issue was due to low R22 refrigerant, but also told us that they no longer carry R22 because it's outdated. His solution? Replace the entire unit — at a cost of over $7,000. We end up find someone else to fix the AC. Unfortunately, the $700+ we already paid Randazzo was completely wasted. This experience felt like upselling and misdiagnosis, and we would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest or competent service."

"I wanted to take a second and let everyone know about Goyette Mechanical. My furnace went out Tuesday and the furnace was not repairable. I called several company's in the area on Wednesday and Kam from Goyette arrived and gave me a wonderful quote and explained everything about the new system that I would be getting. During the Covid-19 ordeal Goyette came out Thursday morning to install my new system. The technicians arrived at the time I was given, Job and Kyle were the two gentlemen that arrived at my home . The first thing they did was to come in put down tarps to keep my home clean and inspected the area of the furnace and the area outside where the new condenser would be placed. They completed the job in a very timely manner, cleaned up the area where they were working, inspected the system to make sure it was running correctly and then explained the new components to me in detail. They installed and new thermostat programmed it and explained to me how it works and the programming for it. I would HIGHLY recommend Goyette to anyone needing a heating and cooling system, hot water heater or generator. In closing THANK YOU JOB AND KYLE you did a GREAT JOB!!!!!!"

"This company deserves 0 stars! Buyers, please be warned. I called them about an air conditioning unit. They came out and said I needed a new AC Unite, I decided to go ahead with the purchase and installation. The sales guy told me they were only 1 of 3 local companies that could install a Daikin AC unit that would match my furnace, for better performance. I filled out loan documents electronically that day and scheduled my installation for 2 days later. The next day Davison Home Services calls to say I didn't sign the documents and they were sending paper copies for me to sign with the installer before they could install the unit. On installation day, the installer has me sign the documents a second time, this time in hard copy. Then he installs a Bryant AC unit. When I asked about this, I was told they are not licensed to install Daikin Units. A week later this company called to say I didn't sign my loan documents. Then when I called back, they said they found them. Another week later, they called again to say I didn't sign my loan documents. Then said they needed to mail them in, and it would take about 3 weeks. Then about 6 weeks after my AC Unit was installed they sent more documents for me to sign, saying they missed pages that needed to be signed, which I signed and dropped off in the office. Now this company is calling me and harassing me to still sign my loan documents. It's been 6 months, I have never received a bill from a loan company to begin making payments. They can't seem to figure out how to submit the loan with all the documents I've already signed. I'm worried this could be a scam because I have no idea how many loans they have applied for under my name or what they are doing with the documents I've signed. I wish I would have never done business with this company that even the installed admitted was astronomically overpriced, and the office lady, Trish, said they since they sold from Davison Heating and Cooling to Davison Home Services, that they can't quite seem to get everything figured out. I have never worked with a company so unorganized or hard to do business with. I would highly recommend calling other businesses before you decide to do business with Davison Home Services. Save yourself the headache!"
