After several phone calls to them and no attempts to address the issue, I checked Angie's list and called Hammer Time. They came out the same day to access the problem, determined what needed to be done and came out the next day to do the repair work. They had to install flashing, sheath the plywood on the chimney and install the vinyl siding in the chimney. We have had a couple heavy downpours since the repair with no leakage.
