"We had a new staircase installed and Joe and his assistant, listened and quoted exactly what I needed to have done. They taped and primed all areas in the project and supporting areas around the project were completely protected. They arrived promptly every day and worked diligently. They are very professional, clean, tidy up after themselves and are right on point as to the length of the project. It was a pleasure dealing with Joe, he is a very knowledgeable and a talented fellow. I have recommended Joe to friends already and will continue to do so."

"The staff was friendly and professional however there appeared to have been a disconnect with the communication between the team which resulted in the kitchen sink not being secured, areas missing caulk and small section of my cabinets chipped off. These issues may stem from me being told that from one team that when the other team comes out, they will take care of it and when that team arrives, them stating "they don't do that". There are teams that work on taking the doors to the warehouse, countertop installers, etc..etc."

Customers say: Quick response

"Steve is one of the most courteous carpenters I have had the pleasure of working with. He has been extremely tolerant of the multitude of projects I had going on while he was doing his work. We used his amazing skills for a kitchen and two bathroom remodels as well as other door and trim projects. I have him on speed dial since buying a home that needed prompt attention on many fronts. I can safely say I highly recommend him for his work and personal skills. My only regret is that it took me too long to give this well deserved review!"

Kitchen Cabinet Refacing questions, answered by experts

Common cabinet repair issues include loose or broken hinges, broken or warped doors, misaligned drawers, water damage, and scratches. Regular maintenance can help prevent some of these significant issues.

Refacing cabinets is more cost-effective than total replacement and offers a refreshed look by simply replacing doors and hardware, and applying new surface veneers while retaining existing cabinet boxes.

No, and that’s why adding kitchen cabinets to the ceiling is popular! Whether you match the color of your existing cabinets or not, you can still paint your cabinet boxes with them attached to the wall—making this project much less invasive.

On average, a kitchen remodel costs around $27,000, with a typical price range between $14,700 and $41,400. However, the total cost can vary significantly based on the project's scope, material quality, geographic location, and whether you change the kitchen's layout.

A small-scale remodel can cost between $3,500 and $20,000. This may include painting walls, refacing or refinishing cabinets, upgrading one or two appliances, and installing a new sink and faucet.

A large-scale, high-end remodel that overhauls the entire kitchen by moving walls, changing plumbing and electrical, and installing all new components can cost from $70,000 to $130,000 or more.

Any of your garage shelves should be able to hold heavier loads, but it’s best to place heavier items on middle shelves. The only reason for this is to prevent injury—lifting heavy loads from down low requires squatting or bending over, which can lead to back injury, and lifting heavy loads off of high shelves in the garage can be especially dangerous if you drop them.
