I didn’t expect the outcome to be so drastic. Like the gutter project I needed this done the correct way. The house was neglected for several years so unknown issues hidden and bothersome. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was refreshing, I have been burned in the past with contractors so my guard was up. I knew that the project would be tedious and demanded advanced skills to handle. Darwin did 90% of the work himself. That worried me at first based on past projects but I quickly realized he was a real one and my perspective changed into admiration. That’s my review the pictures will handle the rest. Amazing work I am keeping him and that’s something I would not consider in the past. I have remodeling training so recognizing quality work is a key."
