I thought Truecoats did excellent work very happy with the job they did and the workers that did the job. Everybody was very professional and worked very hard to get this job done. I would recommend them to anybody that would need service done like this and was very happy with the price of the project Very fair price and will definitely hire all of them again for other projects. I had them completely changed the color from a dark brown deck to the color you see now I also had some vinyl siding painting in the front of my garage in which they spray painted after they cleaned and power washed all the vinyl siding and was very happy with the outcome

Overall, a good experience. I appreciated the flexibility in scope once we found one expected repair was not as involved and another that required more. It lead to work that required a return visit and follow-up on my part, but Alex came through and all looks good. Thanks

Alex is never trying to see you anything - he has your true interests in mind. Him and his team did a great job. I even told them the wrong white paint, and he agreed to come back and change it (I paid for my mistake of course)....I would have fired myself as a client probably. Great company and people!

These guys are amazing! They do quick and detailed work and are very professional. They even identified and fixed several pieces of trim that needed to be replaced before painting. We've been getting compliments from our neighbors and would absolutely hire them again.

True Coats painting really impressed me. The entire interior walls, ceilings, trim etcâ ¦ Alex the owner had a itemized room by room quote in my email right after we walked through. The crews showed on the day promised. Alex supervised, painted, and did detailed walkthroughs with me on each completed section. A few ares were more extensive but Alex stuck to his original quote, no surprises at the end. We have had a lot of paining over the years and this is the first time Iâ m writing a review. Professionalism, eye for detail, reliability and fair priceâ ¦ seems like an easy formula but we all know itâ s rare. True Coats was a great find for us.

Alex and his team were professional and did an excellent job painting every room in the house we recently purchased. They did prep work, doors, trim, ceilings, walls, and closets and will return to touch up anything knicked when the carpet is put in. Alex kept us informed through the whole process while we were in Ohio. He sent us texts and pictures which we greatly appreciated. The work was excellent and very speedy. We highly recommend him and would call him again if we need painting done.

I liked that he keeps me apprised of what and when he would be there. Communication was open. I don't find that in to many contractors. I will hire them again.

Alex and his team did a wonderful job refinishing the walls in my bedroom. I had a problem for years that no other contractors could tackle, but it wasnâ t a problem for Alex. They protected my belongings and kept my home clean despite the need for sanding. The work is as close to perfect as you can get, and him and his team are very professional, trustworthy, understanding, and efficient.
