We overheard him commenting about â downstateâ people, and billing â Slickâ (referring to my husband) for the balance on our charge card before we could get back home to inspect his work. We believe we were overcharged for questionable work and will caution others about dealing with him. Possible exaggerated description of work needed and work completed."

"Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

"Absolutely Terrible and Lawn is dying with their services! We have been using them for 10 years. This year their applied services have ruined our lawn. "I called these people last weekend because we thought our daughter may have been bitten by a bat. We had a bat a week before, but hadn’t seen it since. All I wanted was to trap the bat if it was still around. The woman I spoke with said it would be difficult to determine if the bat was still there and trap it if there wasn’t a nest of them in the house. She suggested that I get an exclusion inspection, said they have openings this week and she could have someone call me to set an appointment. She also took my credit card number. Today I got a an email receipt for a $150 dollar charge for the inspection and shortly after got an inspection report. I never received a phone call to schedule the inspection as she had stated, and nobody even knew the guy was here. Had I been able to talk to the person who did the inspection I would have cancelled it because they had no intention of catching the bat, they just wanted to get paid to send me an estimate for thousands of dollars for the to make some changes to my house that they would hope would keep future bats out. What a ripoff!"
