"Biggest scam I e ever experience. The charged me 40k after interest to fix my sagging foundation, and fix my flooding crawl space. After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists. And to this day, my crawl space still floods with a foot of water every spring. I contacted Ayer?s to see what can be done, they offered no compensation, and no help. If you?re planning to hire Ayer?s, dont"

I waited a few weeks for other quotes (never received) and then called Craig at Anthony Irrigation to give him the go ahead. As it was late in the season, he managed to get my job done quickly as I requested. Highly recommend! Spent $3,500. Side Note: my yard did get torn up a bit more than I expected; but it should all grow back next spring"

So I texted again that evening and the text wouldn’t deliver. I called and a msg said I was calling from a restricted number, he blocked me! I called Cameron the next morning and explained what happened and he said he was trying to reach Brian as well. He told me he’d come out and do the work and would call me back with some options of when he could come. Four days have passed and no call back. I’ve tried calling again and his mailbox is full. TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BIZ!!"

Lawn aeration and dethatching are meant to solve the same problem, loosening up compacted soil so that the root systems can grow and receive more water, oxygen, and nutrients. The best way to fix a lumpy yard depends on the cause. However, in many cases, you can address yard lumps by improving the health of your soil and turfgrass. Choose grass varieties that are best suited for your area and look for disease-resistant varieties. Fertilize and water your lawn as needed to keep it looking lush throughout the warmer months. Mow your grass at a height of 2 to 3 inches once or twice a week.

Aerate in the fall to relieve compaction and allow nutrients and water to better reach roots.
