C & D IRRIGATION

I knew that two of my zones were attempting to operate at the same time.  This company had blown out my system for the last 5 or 6 years at least, so I thought they'd "treat me right".  They said they would call when they were on their way, but didn't.  Minor inconvenience...I was able to tell the technician where the appropriate locations were, but they were lucky my wife was home.  The guy that was working on the problem couldn't figure it out so after who knows how long, he decided to call the guy who might know what to do.  Eventually something got figured out, and he left.  I think he was at the house for no more than two hours.  But I get the bill and it's $245!  I got charged a $55 service call even though they billed me for 2.75 hours.  I called to talk with the owner.  I don't think he understood my main point which was that I shouldn't have to pay for a technician's time when he obviously isn't qualified to be out in the field by himself (thus the call for help).  What if he would have dinked around for 4 hours before he called the real expert?  Should that be on my dime?  On top of that, I think it's a joke to charge a service call when you actually do a job.  I got a sob story about all of this when I called.  He said I get 15 minutes of work for the $55 service call.  His bill didn't even factor that in so I think that was a line of bull.  Bottom line for me is C & D stands for Can't Do my sprinkler business anymore.  Next time I'll do my homework on Angie's List.

Do not use this company.  They are completely unreliable.  You will be lucky if they ever show up.   Plus, they never answer the phone, and it takes hours/days for them to call you back.  Don't waste your time with C and D Irrigation.
