FANTASTIC!!

I called another company first to repair the control box.  It took a long time and then he gave up.  He told me to call an electrician.  An electrician came out and made sure the outlet used for the control box was providing the needed power and was not the problem.  The electrician told me to call Advanced Irrigation because they know what they're doing. 

When I called Advanced Irrigation I was disappointed that I had to leave a message.  But my call was returned in less than an hour.  The lady I talked to was very pleasant and very knowledgeable.  She asked me several questions to get a good description for the technician's work order.  She even emailed me the details of the work order in the appointment confirmation I received right after our discussion. 

The technician called me to tell me he was on the way and arrived as scheduled right on time the next day.  He came to the door with the tools he anticipated he needed based on the work order description.  He was very nice to work with.  He didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions.  He figured out the problem in just a few minutes, which was some broken wires in the box.  He quickly repaired the wires and tested the operation several times.  He explained to me how to make the sprinklers run when I want instead of waiting for the schedule.  He then looked at the system running in the yard to make sure I didn't have any leaks or bad heads. 

I couldn't be happier with my experience.  Wish I could have found them long ago.

Very professional, everything went great.

They showed up on time with proper equipment and man power. The installation took 2 1/2 days. They are very professional, answered all my questions and took good care of my property. The whole crew is friendly and knowledgeable. The took the time to explain the system and to make sure I now how to operate it before they left. They will be coming back the end of the month to winterize the system and I'm looking forward to it.

Quick, competent crew. They have updated machinery that doesn't tear up the lawn much. The one glitch I experienced, where some heads were firing a bit wide, the owner himself came out promptly and fine-tuned everything and explained the mechanisms further. A+

Advanced Irrigation reps were knowledgeable and very helpful. We called them back for late summer service, and were again outstanding to work with. Will not hesitate to do business with them in the future. Excellent company!

Over the course of the summer I had Advanced Irrigation out several times. I have been blown away by how responsive they are, how professional and how punctual. They actually saved me a great deal of money. I had previously used a more expensive service that was unresponsive and charged me a great deal of money for problems that they never actually fixed. Then I tried my landscaper--the same. Advanced Irrigation identified and fixed my irrigation system problems for a fraction of the time and in a very timely manner.

All of our contacts with this company have been very positive. Whenever we have contacted them, our phone calls have been answered in a positive and timely manner. When we had the system installed, they took great care to be the least disruptive as possible. After a year, we found that a pipe to our house had been accidentally cut when the system was installed. As soon as we discovered this and informed the company, the owner, Ross Cauffman , came the next day and quickly repaired the problem. The entire system has worked out very well. Our yard is well watered in all areas. We are very pleased.

Outstanding. The employee that came to our home was prompt, courteous, knowledgable and efficient. He discussed with my husband the best solutions to our issues and then performed the work needed. This was a great customer experience and we will use Advanced Irrigation again.

Approximately seven years ago, I had a sprinkler system installed by another company. For the first two years, I continued to use them for the spring start-up and fall shut-down. I was never happy with the service, so I looked to Advanced Irrigation to take over the job. They have done very good work for me, especially considering that the old system needed frequent repairs and was VERY poorly designed. Advanced has tried very hard to keep that system working for me despite being up against a lot obstacles not of their making.
For each visit, Teena always calls the day before with a reminder of the service call and the technician calls with the anticipated arrival time on the day of service. They show up when promised and do what is expected.
This May, it unfortunately took three visits just to get the system started (and it certainly wasn't for lack of effort on the part of Advanced). I decided there had to be a better way and I talked with Ross about re-doing the system entirely to get better coverage of my lawn and to overcome the issue of poor water pressure in Berrien Springs. He designed a new layout that fixes both of these issues. He also suggested some new features that make the system even more effective. His team came out as scheduled, worked very efficiently and were very careful about leaving the property in great shape when they were finished. Because of their other jobs, it took almost two months for them to be able to return to install the new system, but it was well worth the wait. I am very pleased with the installation and how the system works. If you are thinking about irrigating your lawn, these are the people to call. Good work, quality parts and very fair price.

The workers were prompt each morning, they kept me aware of what they were working on and the progression of their work. I was introduced to all the workers, they were all polite and friendly. The work was completed within the time frame stated, the yards looked even better than when they started. I am very pleased with the work done by Advanced Irrigation.

Advanced Irrigation do an awesome job. They come out in the spring to get the sprinkler system started and they come every fall to stop the system. My husband has used Advance Irrigation for 15-16 years. The people who come out here and deal with the sprinklers get the water from the river not from a well because we live on a river. We are pleased with them.

They come twice a year. They come and turn the system on and then they come and turn the system off and blow it out with air and so forth, so they're fine. I think their prices are good. You can call up and make an appointment and they come out. I've used them for the last 7 or 8 years.

The crew was here on time and worked very hard. Russ is great, he communicated with us through out the process and even introduced us to each of the guys on his crew. They were finished quickly and did excellent work. Since then, I've had to call the office a few times to get a refresher on how to start the system in the spring or adjust the watering times. Teena has always been very helpful and friendly. I have never had such a good customer service experience. I can't say enough good things about Advanced Irrigation!!
