My argument was not with him so I aid it and contacted the office. They said it's been between 4-8% for years. I remarked about the lack of disclosure at the time of the quote or on Angi's list. He said he gets very few complaints. Offereed no resolution. Hence, this post."

"Arrived and got started right away. I paid him upfront and had to shower and change to head out for evening. I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that. "
