The company was very easy to work with and it was just a great all around experience! They kept us informed about the project expectations all through the process. They installers arrived on time at 8:00 am and were finished by 4:00 in the afternoon. They covered our hardwood floors and carpeting with tarps and also covered our vanity and stool so there wasn’t any damage or dust on anything. They removed our whirlpool tub and the surrounding wall to begin the process. When they were finished, our house and bathroom looked like it had never had any construction done, except we were left with a beautiful walk-in shower! "Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."

"Excellent work. From the beginning of the meeting with the sales rep through the workers that handled the deck replacement, they were all friendly and professional. When the installers arrived on day one, they had the old deck tore off and the new deck done except for the stairs. The next day they completed the deck and cleaned up the work site. Love my new deck and how quickly the job was completed. I will hire them again for other projects I need done."
