The Bad: A leak in the roof over the garage appeared after the work was complete. In talking with a roofing company about the fix, they mentioned this has happened before with similar cleaning. Called the owner and he seemed concerned on the phone and said he would come take a look, but he never showed. In addition (not as big of a deal), it was raining during the initial estimate so we rescheduled for a different day to get a better look at the roof and what work was needed, but the person was a no show for the rescheduled estimate and he didn't call. I had to call the next day to reschedule again. Also the amount of a discount for putting the company's sign in our yard for advertising was verbally $50 during the initial estimate and then lowered to $25 for the written estimate the second visit.
