"The whole service was great. The window replacement was a little slow because the installer had health problems. BUT, the installation was GREAT! It was about a week after the promised timeline. I contracted them to replace our siding because of a hail storm that damaged our aluminum siding. We opted to replace the siding with vinyl siding and it was a super installation. We also opted to replace our garage doors and openers. The contractors arrived at 5:30 pm and were finished at 7:30 pm. I was amazed. A great crew. All of the people involved were very professional. The company was very easy to work with and it was just a great all around experience! They kept us informed about the project expectations all through the process. They installers arrived on time at 8:00 am and were finished by 4:00 in the afternoon. They covered our hardwood floors and carpeting with tarps and also covered our vanity and stool so there wasn’t any damage or dust on anything. They removed our whirlpool tub and the surrounding wall to begin the process. When they were finished, our house and bathroom looked like it had never had any construction done, except we were left with a beautiful walk-in shower! "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

When the installers arrived on day one, they had the old deck tore off and the new deck done except for the stairs. The next day they completed the deck and cleaned up the work site.
