Didn't do the irrigation system and he got mad and he waited until I wasn't home and vandalized the irrigation system. There was a line by the shrub trees b evergreen tree we agree that they will put line but they didn't do it when I confronted the owner there's no line and there was remaining balance on the bill while line wasn't place."
