"Ryan, Trudy, and Chase were excellent. They exceeded my expectations for my first time using professional Painters. They did exactly to the Estimate write-up and even allowed an add-on as well. My wife and I could not be happier for the way our Condo turned out! If you are out there, looking for a recommendation on highly skilled Painters, look no further than with Greater Lansing Paint Company LLC! I highly endorse this Company!"

"They do a decent job for the price. Make sure to list out everything you need done in detail. Things might get missed. They are a “do anything you need” company and are great at giving you a helping hand with hard to work on projects."

"This pro painted my 97-year-old mom's house, installed new blinds in every room and polished the floors. He went above and beyond. When he showed up for the initial meeting he took the time and went into each room, made suggestions, and had many paint samples for her to choose from. He wasn't just another company looking for another paint job. He cared about the customer. His quote was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone so much in fact that I've hired him to paint my place."

FAQs for sandblasting service projects in Eagle, MI

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.

Yes, pressure washing companies typically use your home’s water supply from the water spigot outside your house. While arrangements can be made with the pressure washing company to supply its own water, it’s very rare. Unless the company is already set up to supply its own water, this will likely incur additional costs for the company to fill a tank and haul it.

The main difference between pressure washing and power washing is that power washing uses hot water and pressure washing does not. Pressure washing uses only the water from the outside hose connection. Heated power washers tend to cost more and are more commonly used by professionals. Hot water with special cleaners is better suited to more complex or challenging cleaning tasks such as removing grease or oil from a concrete slab. In most cases, pressure washing your driveway should not require heat or powerful cleaners.

The cost to pressure wash a house ranges from $100 to $750, depending on the location, size, and height of your house. Power washing, on the other hand, costs from $250 to $400 per project, on average. Other cost factors include the accessibility of some areas of the house.

The cost to paint the exterior of a house ranges from $1,900 to $4,500 or about $1.50 to $4 per square foot, depending on the size, height, and complexity of the home layout. Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
