"1. I purchased the deal and they followed up to schedule 2. They came out and cleaned the front gutters, but left a note and did not do the back gutters. The gate was unlocked and open. 3. I called to find out why they did not complete the job and they said they would come back out. The date specified, I had the gates open and unlocked, but no one did the work 4. I called again and this time got their phone service operator. 5. No one has followed up or called me since which has been roughly a weeks time. The hardest gutters were cleaned, not sure why they didn't complete the back gutters?"
