He did a fantastic job for an affordable price. I give him a thumbs up for a job well done.

He cleaned tge chimney, explained some things about the fireplace, and patched one of the panels. The patch ended up partially coming off, but maybe couldn't get clean enough for the mortar stuff to stick.

Rick was responsive after I called. When he arrived Rick explained my chimney condition and explained what I needed to do to keep it clean. I will use him in the future.

Rick was very easy to schedule, he showed up on time, and did a good job with my chimney cleaning. He also gave me other recommendations for ways to save money (e.g., things I don't need, less expensive fire starters, etc.). I will definitely use him again.

Maybe because it was my first time hiring a chimney cleaner but it seemed like a lot if money to only clean from inside using a brush in a drill. He took longer to write up an estimate for future repairs and didn't even get on the roof and clean down the chimney itself. Offered me a new cap and some sealing work done for now and the rest in the spring. A quick trip to Lowes and a half hour of my time saved me 80%. He was a nice guy though.

Very personable, good work ethic and said he would come back if I had any problems. Very reasonably priced. He repaired the chimney, did additional tucking on the front brick, and flowerbed. Also inspected the basement fireplace and set up a fire for our future use.

Rick was great! We just bought a home with a wood burning fireplace with vented gas logs. On top of the cleaning he taught me how to use the fireplace safely, how to keep it and the logs clean, and he rearranged the setup to make the flame look 100% better. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me advice and a quote for a repair we need on the chimney.
