"Ayers was great to work with! Before even coming to the house, they sent a booklet regarding their systems so that we could do our own research. When Donny arrived, he inspected our basement and made several recommendations, taking the time to explain why he suggested each option over others. When the crew arrived for installation, PJ took the same time and care explaining their process and answering our questions."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Elliot called me in reply to my online inquiry. He (patiently and professionally) answered my many coverage and price questions, then gave me time to 'digest' it all and called me back (as promised) at 4PM...to answer more questions. Elliot also worked with me to secure the maximum amount of discount savings. Time will tell if the warranty coverage/work is what it's cracked up to be, but Elliot Chahino is an excellent salesperson. Reach out to him directly if you want the same level of service attention. "Very easy! In and out in 45 minutes. This guy Julius was a pro. And we can tell that the entire crack was filled with the injections because the material pushes through to the exterior a little. You can go outside and see exactly where the crack is! We built our house 1 year ago and unfortunately we had a crack that was leaking water into our basement. The builder told us to get someone out and they would cover it. with all the good Angie's list reviews, we called this stay dry. Not only did Julius come out and was early getting here, but he injected the crack and then we asked him to walk around the house with us. He found another crack! We went ahead and had him come back out a few days later and he was early again and very quick. Each time he explained the injection process and also gave us tips on preventative measures. this was a nightmare and unexpected situation ; thank goodness for stay dry and Julius. Thank you Julius and God bless you.

"They looked at every part of the home, pointed out several items that needed attention. I walked around with the inspector and he answered all my questions and should me how to maintain some of the items in the house. I called them after i got a 27 page report and the inspector answered all my questions. They came out to look at all the repairs for a same fee. Best company i've worked with in a long time"

House Leveling questions, answered by experts

Common issues with concrete that may require professional repair or resurfacing include cracks, spalling, uneven surfaces, and weather damage.

A good slump height really depends on the project, but there is a use for nearly all slump levels. For example, low slumps are best in projects that require structure, such as curbs and roads. High slumps often require additional reinforcement, but they flow more freely into hard-to-reach spaces.

Most houses are expected to settle over time, but foundation sinking of more than a few inches or uneven sinking of more than an inch for every 20 feet is cause for concern. Any significant or uneven sinking should be assessed by a professional to determine the cause and perform any necessary repairs.

Most projects take 1-3 hours, with immediate usability after completion.

Polyjacking can be a permanent solution to sunken concrete if you also address the underlying issue—like poor drainage—at the same time. The polyurethane material itself can last as long as or even outlast the concrete you’re lifting it with. Your sunken concrete issue will likely return if you don’t couple polyjacking with proper drainage to prevent future soil movement and sinking.
