He also checked for aur qaulity and any mold, explaining as he went along. The first business man didnt want to even look inside house where wayer came in. "As far as I know the work is good. I haven t been under the house to look yet. I m waiting for it to dry out and warm up. But I can tell from the inside of the house that my floor is more solid and I have less cold air entering my home from the insulating they did. Workers were nice and courteous. I do feel like if I have a problem that they will address it honorably."

Crew leader (Anthony B) and his team (Jordan F, Tim Q) were professional, friendly, organized, knowledgeable. They worked hard from 8am-6pm with one short break. Stay Dry will send an inspector/salesman to your house for free to do the same thing I paid a hundred dollars for, it was Angie's List that pocketed the money. I called the Stay Dry 800 number and was told they do not receive any money from the offer listed here, when I asked who was getting the money they said Angie's List. I was then told that after the inspection/salesman meeting I would receive a coupon for $200-300 off the actual drainage installation service from Angie's List should I choose to go ahead with the project, but I NEVER GOT A COUPON. So I paid a hundred dollars for a service that is offered free by the actual provider, while the site I look to to save me money on scams and bad contractors actually ripped me off!

"The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.
