"They came out the day I called and installed "bird doors". I inquired if they would nail a replacement board when they came back to remove the bird doors, they would. There was a cost for them to install which I felt was fair. Unfortunately it was installed with 8 huge nails, which was not as aesthetically pleasing, on the newly painted board.
