"Technicians arrived promptly at stated time and got right to work.  They removed old furnace and installed new 2 stage high efficiency furnace and humidifier.  They also tossed in a new thermostat due to us being current customers.   The install went smoothly, though the tight space made it an all day process.  Even though they spent the entire day at our residence they remained professional and courteous throughout.  We will continue to be Doty customers in the future due to their quality standards and work.

"The plumber found the problem and fixed it within twenty minutes.  I was very happy for the angies list discount because so little time was involved in fixing the problem.  The plumber also inspected and had an estimate sent for some other work that needs doing.  Unfortunately their bid was higher than the one I accepted.  However I had no doubt that they would have done an excellent job.  I would not hesitate to call them again.
