They turned their back, didn’t take ownership and deflected blame. I took this company to court and was compensated. I’ve heard from other dissatisfied customer’s this isn’t the first time nor the last … You reap what you sow. If you choose to do business with this company protect yourself, do not sign their hold harmless and do not trust their word. This company states it’s built on integrity, honesty and trust. You can use PEX pipe underground, and it will hold up well in underground insulations. Keep in mind that PEX tubing is not rated for outdoor use and that insulation is necessary in regions that experience cold winters. When using it underground, you should also bury PEX piping at least 12 inches below the frost line.
