To say we're disappointed is a gross understatement. The guy who came out to fix our problem was so rude; he never introduced himself, complained the entire time about what a piece of *#it our house is, he left our house without telling us what he did, and as he peeled out of our driveway he said he is not sure what's wrong. Lake shore improvement has been to our house four times now, and our issues have only gotten worse. It's so bad now, that we cannot shower or bathe at all. We have a two year old baby with a cardiac condition who is running a fever. This company's incompetence and lack of ability to guarantee their work has contributed to the declining health of our family. Do yourself a favor: hire a company that actually cares about their job, that'll stand by their work, and actually knows what they are doing.

I had them to install a central air unit in my home. I was very happy with their services. I felt the price was good and they were professional. I would use them again.
