"We recently completed a basement finishing project with Matrix and are happy with the final result. As with many large remodeling projects, we ran into a few issues along the way. A flooring material delivery delay pushed the project timeline back by a few weeks. The shower panel was scratched during plumbing installation and had to be replaced, and there were several electrical items shown on the plans that required follow-up visits to complete correctly. We didn't discover until after the drywall and painting were finished that the framing team had missed the wood backing specified in the plans for our TV mounts, which was never resolved. Despite these challenges, our site manager, Jim, was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the project. He was available when questions came up and helped address issues as they arose. While the project wasn't without hiccups, Matrix worked to resolve concerns, and we are enjoying our new basement."

"We did a bathroom remodel with Brawny Builders. It went great. Bronson and his hard working crew arrived promptly each day and did all the work as promised and always cleaned up their mess. They tore out our old shower and closet and replaced it with a large ceramic shower and a new floor. The bathroom is beautiful and we love it. We would not hesitate to hire them again and would very much recommend them."

"When we signed the Matrix contract in June 28,2018 for basement work we were told it would be done the end of October or the first of November 2018. We told them that was good because we go to Arizona the end of December 2018. When we left all that was done was rough: framing, plumbing, electrical and ceiling. In May 2019 Matrix started work again and finally June 17, 2019 the final inspection was done. If Matrix overbooked jobs, Matrix should let the customer the customer know and not leave them hanging. Being overbooked was probably why the drywall job and the soffit run to cover the ceiling beam was less than professional. "Kyle and his guys did a wonderful job . I contacted him on a Wednesday and he was there the next day to work on my roof . Him and his team did a great job and had the job done in less than 24 hours of contacting him. Well worth the money and have had him do multiple other jobs for me. Being a home owner something new always comes up and he’s my go to guy for any project I may need help with. Not only is he efficient and does a great job but he’s a great guy and is always willing to help. Would definitely recommend him for any project big or small."

Rob met with us and listened to what we wanted to do.  He presented us with a detailed proposal at a fair price.  He followed the proposal document carefully throughout the project and helped us focus on what we had agreed to do.  Both Rob and Tom were very professional and courteous.  They were respectful of our home and were a pleasure to be around.  By the end of the project they felt like part of the family!
Our bathroom was very ugly and outdated.  They removed the old cabinets, repaired the plaster, painted, installed new cabinets, tub surround and toilet.  It looks beautiful now!
In our kitchen they removed wallpaper, repaired plaster, painted walls and ceiling and removed our existing flooring.  We found unexpected hardwood underneath so we hired The Sandman to refinish our floors because the damage was more extensive than Rob could repair.
Our stairwell was covered with stucco.  They removed it, repaired the walls, including a large hole in the plaster and then painted.  It looks great.
We will definitely hire them again!
