"In all my years of dealing with air conditioning and heating problems and lots of repairmen, I have never experienced the level of professionalism and expertise I saw in the Peak Heating and Cooling service at my home in Grand Haven. Arriving on the same day Alex learned of my problem and not departing until he had made a diagnosis and repair, I could not have had better service than I got. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
