To hid the heat pump condenser we had the unit mounted on our house. It makes a vibrating sound in the house. But in defense of Geofurance we haven't given them a chance to resolve the problem. I would also like to say the heat pump has saved us a lot of money as far as propane cost. It also replaced a resistance heating system in our loft. It now allows us the ability to use the loft in the winter.

The entire Geo Furnace team did an excellent job from the start. Prompt follow up on my request for a quote, recommended the units that fit my needs( not just the most $$ one) . After the covid restrictions were lifted they came and quickly removed the old furnace and installed the new unit plus A/C quickly . A very professional and friendly crew.

I thought all the people that I dealt with were fair and honest. The salesman and installers were on time and did what they promised and cleaned the job site. The office staff were efficient and friendly. They were not the cheapest quote I got but Represented the best value

Jay and Jan, the initial contact people, we re both experts in their fields. They both explained things very well and answered any questions we had. Both were attentive to our particular situation and very kind to my husband who has dementia. The workman, Roger and Pat, who came to do the work were thorough and came back twice to finish up.
