However, they came out and said that our windows had a lifetime warranty and that they would either be repaired or replaced. And that is what happened. I am so grateful for this company. Justin inspected everything and it was determined that all we had to do was replace the glass, which was a much lower cost than replacing the whole unit (as suggested by other contractors).
