"Charles did a great job with the repair/cleaning project. On-time and professional. He uses well-maintained equipment and demonstrated his experience with a thorough, efficient result. Provided solid advice to maintain our flooring, as well as useful tips with other systems in our new home. Price was fair for the labor involved in re-stretching the carpet. "Brady came and gave me an estimate. They were able to start the work the next day. It went quite well. They ran into a slight problem in that some of the sub floor came up with the tile. But it did not result in much of a price increase. The floor was extremely uneven, but after they were finished, it was even and ready for us to install our floating floor. They did a great job.

"The man who came, cleaned out the back of the refrigerator. He was even kind enough to let me clean the floor when he moved the refrigerator out. When he got done, my refrigerator purred. He was wonderful. I also liked the fact that I sent in my request online on a Sunday and my refrigerator was fixed before noon on Monday. My first call with this company and I am very very pleased."
