"A couple of weeks ago, we noticed a faint smell of gas from our fireplace. We checked Google for contractors, as one does, and found Lil Joeâ s. Joe was available to come out that day to address the smell and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure the leak was fixed. He added a shutoff valve to the fireplace gas line in the basement, and replaced the inner workings of the fireplace itself. We then proceeded to order gas logs from Joe and he installed those just last week. His prices are fair, he is extremely clean, and his work is fantastic. I would suggest Lil Joeâ s to anyone that is in need of a gas fireplace install or maintenance!"

Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. We are a small residential heating & Cooling Company. Are main focus is service and equipment replacement. We have five employees. We have been in business for 18 years. We can work on oil, gas, electric and propane products.

"Installation went fine. Started having banging issues so called Adams. Workman came out and said we needed a new part outside the heater. 350 dollars. When I balked at that, he said , you can try draining the water I. The house, and then restarting. It worked. He was there less than 15 minutes, didn’t do anything, and charged us 110 dollars. He could have started with the latter. Will not use them again. I understand there might be a minimum fee, but 110 was stupid. Very unhappy."
